These prices reflect our new pricing structure effective from 1st April 2026

Appointments up to but not including the 1st April 2026 will be charged at the current fee structure which is: £55 for an hour // £40 for a half hour.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations under 6 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged for in full.

In the case of payments that have been made in advance of an appointment.  A full refund will be issued provided 6 hours notice is given for cancellation of the appointment.

Recurring Payment Terms & Conditions

If you choose to purchase a package of treatments on a monthly basis you will be opting into a recurring payment scheme.  Please read the following terms and conditions for this type of payment.

Frequency of Payments

An automatic recurring payment in the range provided to you on our website, via email, or as described to you in person will be made every 30 Days (“Monthly Payment”) for renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. 

You will also receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments. 

Length of payment terms

All recurring payment plans will last for maximum period of 3 months after which no further payments will be taken.

Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment

You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Automatic Recurring Payment at any time. To cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment, email info.helpinghandshealth@gmail.com or call 07377689237. Your request to cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment may take up to 24 hours to take effect. Cancellation must be done before the end of the 30 days period to avoid the monthly recurring payment.

When you request termination of your subscription, your subscription fees are not refunded. Instead, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will then become inactive. Cancellation of service is not official until you receive an email confirmation.
